Storm With No Name|
Oil, red dirt, rain on d’Arches paper, dyptiche, plein air
On April 15 + 16, 2018 a storm rolled in with barely a whisper and unleashed more rain and havoc on Kaua’i as not seen for some time.
The most beguiling memory of friends is how sudden without warning the torrents unleashed like not seen before, caught off guard.
On and on it poured, explosive lightning and thunder like bombs being dropped shook to the core, as the wind roared like only Hawai’i.
Painted during the storm as it happened.
